In this program you’ll learn what the different types of difficult people are and how to manage their behavior to achieve more in business and life.  You will understand why they behave that way and what actions you can take to neutralize their behavior.  You will learn techniques for coexisting with different personal types - from know-it-alls to bullies, back-stabbers, atomic bombs, stealth avengers and more-and free yourself from their grip.  You will learn techniques for saying “no” without guilt for mutual gain and set boundaries that will be respected by all.

Learn how to accomplish more in less time!  In this course you will learn the techniques to set personal and group goals and priorities, clarify objectives and plan for results, techniques to conquer procrastination, delegate effectively and free yourself for bigger tasks, eliminate time wasters, 5 tips for handling interruptions, make sure you achieve organizational goals and have time in the day for you.  You will also learn what is your work personality type and how to break through any barriers you may be imposing on yourself.

Mastering Exceptional Customer Service for Outstanding Results – November 17thth – Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Customers are the life blood of any organization.  The more customer satisfaction we achieve, the more our business and careers will grow.  In this course you will learn how to make your customers feel important, transform complaints into valuable feedback and sales, win over angry customers, listen for solutions, “check ourselves” before, during, and after difficult situations,  how to say "no" to achieve win-win results, how to make a great first and last impression on the telephone or in person, how to avoid the five words that create angry customers, how to tailor solutions based on different customer personality types and how to create empathy.
