In this course you will learn how to master your attitude before, during, and after difficult situations, how to win over difficult customers, how to say "no" to achieve win-win results, how to make a great first impression on the telephone or in person, how to avoid the five words that create angry customers, how to transform customer complaints into valuable feedback, and how to master the art of listening.

How to Turn Job Challenges into Career Opportunities – July 22nd - Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In this course you will learn how to set group goals and priorities, clarify objectives and plan for results, techniques to conquer procrastination, delegate effectively and free yourself for bigger tasks, eliminate time wasters, 5 tips for handling interruptions, make sure you achieve organizational goals and have time in the day for you.
